Custom sales tools, designed and built for one business at a time
A custom sales tool answers your buyer's question right now, at any hour: what will it cost, what will it look like, when can you do it. Every tool is designed and built for one business, from its buyers, its pricing rules and its look, with no templates.
Axe-Tech's buyers want to know what a glass terrace costs before they call. The calculator draws the terrace as they choose the size and glazing, and shows the price range at once. Live on axe-tech.fi.
Live tool at axe-tech.fi. Prices are the company's own list prices.

Configurators
Lepta's buyers dream in rooms and facades. The configurator draws the house as they pick the size, floors, roof and cladding, and splits the floor area into rooms.
From our design proposal for Lepta. Sketch and room split are indicative, the final design is agreed together.

Smart forms
A heating installer's form asks only what matters for this job. A new installation asks about the house, a repair asks what's wrong and how urgent, and the request lands with the right person. Example company.
Demo with recorded answers from the real assistant. On a client's site it answers visitors live.
Two live client tools, one example built for this page and our own AI assistant. In the example, the business and prices are made up.
Why do tools sell?
Buyers want a price, a plan or an answer now. Nielsen Norman Group has watched business buyers leave for competitors' sites when a website didn't show prices (Nielsen Norman Group, 2013).
It removes the biggest unknown
A price range on screen beats "ask for a quote".
It works when you don't
Evenings, weekends and holidays.
It brings better leads
Requests come with sizes, options and photos, from informed buyers.
It helps the buyer decide
Choosing options makes the product feel like theirs.
In a census of 4,776 restaurants, cafés and bars, listed prices went with higher odds of an AI recommendation (Pitenin, 2026), so we also publish your pricing basics as plain text next to the tool.
How we design custom sales tools for one business
Every tool starts with your buyers, not with a feature list.
Buyer research. What buyers ask and compare, from your reviews, calls and competitors' sites.
Rules and pricing logic. Price list, minimums and exceptions become rules; ranges where prices vary.
Your own look. Your colours, photos and words, part of your site.
Built into the site. In your site's code and speed guarantee; requests reach your inbox.
Measured in euros. Every estimate has a value, so you see what requests were worth.
Four kinds of tools
Custom sales tools come in four kinds, and each solves a different buying problem. One is usually enough to start.
Price calculators
For prices that depend on a few clear factors. Your buyer sees an estimate in seconds; you get a request with every number filled in.
For questions at any hour. It tells people it's an AI, answers only from information you approve, says when it doesn't know, and hands the lead to you.
Not for calculators, configurators or smart forms. AI customer service has a small running cost for the AI, which we tell you before you decide.
Who owns the tool?
You do. The code is part of your website, in your name from day one.
Can the tool connect to my existing systems?
Requests come to your email with every detail, or straight into your booking, quoting or customer system if it accepts outside data. We don't build customer management systems.
How long does it take to build a tool?
It depends on the rules: a calculator with a few factors is quicker than a configurator with hundreds of combinations. We agree the schedule with the fixed price.
What happens when my prices change?
Tell us the new figures and we update them. Prices and rules sit in one place, so nothing is rebuilt.
Can I try a tool before I decide?
Yes. Every tool page has a working demo with example prices.
Start your tool
Three short steps. Tell us what buyers ask before they call, and you try a working tool in our first meeting.

When customers compare, they choose you.
Let's make sure that's true for you. Book a short call, and see your new website in our first meeting.
