Ask a questionHow can you build my site before we meet?
AI speeds up the groundwork; people do the research, the design, the tools and the final checks.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your company name and website address. After the first meeting, your photos, the price rules for any tool and your comments on the draft.
What happens in the first meeting?
You see a working version of your new website, tell us what's right and what's missing, and we agree one fixed price.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the pages and tools and how quickly we get your photos and comments; we agree the schedule with the price.
Can you redesign my site without losing what it has built up in Google?
We redirect every old address to its new page and check the move in Google Search Console after launch.

Ask a questionHow much does a website cost for a small business?
One fixed price, agreed in the first meeting once we know what your site and tools need to do.
Are there monthly fees?
No monthly licence for the site. Hosting and any AI assistant have running costs, which we tell you before you decide.
Do I really own the site?
Yes. The code and the domain are in your name from day one, and you can move them any time.
What happens if I want to leave?
Your site leaves with you, since the code and the domain are already yours. Our speed guarantee covers only sites hosted on NordicHost.
How much does it cost to maintain a website?
There is no monthly licence for the site itself. You pay for hosting and for the changes you ask for; small updates are quick because the site is hand-coded and we know it.

No one can honestly guarantee that. We guarantee speed in writing, build every page for search engines and AI answers, and show you what changes.
Can you get my business recommended by ChatGPT?
No one can make ChatGPT recommend a business. We give AI assistants clear, consistent facts, as our guide explains: a page for each service and area, price guidance, reviews and the same details everywhere.
Do I need special files or markup for AI search?
No. Google says there are no extra technical requirements or special AI text files for AI Overviews or AI Mode (Google Search Central, 2025); we add an llms.txt file only because it costs nothing.
Is SEO included in every site?
Yes. Every page has one clear topic, a title and description, structured data, internal links and fast loading on phones.

What if my site scores under 90?
We fix it at our own cost until the score is 90 or more.
Why focus on mobile and not desktop?
Many of your visitors use phones, and mobile is the harder test; a site that scores well on mobile almost always does on desktop.
How fast are typical SME sites?
On 28 October 2026 we measured 85 SME sites: the 30 hand-coded sites had a median mobile score of 91.5, the 12 template, WordPress or site-builder sites 68.5. Full results are in our website speed study.

Ask a questionWhich tool should I start with?
The one that answers your buyers' first question: "how much?" means a price calculator, every job different a smart form, choosing between options a configurator, the same questions every evening an AI assistant.
What if my prices vary a lot?
Then the calculator shows a range and explains what affects it.
I already pay for a chat or lead tool. Do I need yours?
Maybe not; we look at what you pay for now and tell you honestly whether a tool built into your site would do the same job.
Does the AI assistant cost anything each month?
Yes, a small running cost for the AI, which we tell you before you decide.
Do customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes, always. That's fair, and it's what EU rules require.

Yes. The copy does most of the selling, and we base it on your reviews, your sales conversations and your competitors' pages.
Do you run the ads?
We build and improve the pages; you or your ad partner run the ads, and we set up tracking so everyone sees what's working.
How many versions do I need?
One for each buyer and angle you advertise to; many campaigns start with two or three and keep the one that sells best.
Can the page live in my Shopify store?
Yes, inside your store, so the cart, checkout and discount codes work as usual; other pages run on your site or a subdomain such as offer.yourcompany.com.

Ask a questionWhere is my site hosted?
On NordicHost's servers in Helsinki, in your site's own isolated environment, under Finnish and EU law.
Can I keep my current host?
Yes, your site is yours. We can promise the speed in writing only when the site is hosted on NordicHost.
Do I need to update plugins?
No. Our sites have no WordPress plugins to update, and each runs with HTTPS and daily security checks.
